I believe that all spirits and souls are inherently beautiful. As a spiritual healer, I am here to help you heal from within, serving as a conduit for healing energy. Born with an open crown chakra, I have a deep understanding of the spiritual world. My empathic nature allows me to sense things others might not, and my gentle touch, combined with a loving soul, aids in mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.

My Journey to Healing

My journey began in 2021 at my first Holistic Healing Fair in Sioux Falls. I had always felt drawn to this community, seeking something unknown at every fair. Through numerous readings, I started to recognize familiar insights, yet I couldn't pinpoint what I was truly searching for. As I delved deeper into holistic practices, using essential oils, crystals, sage, and prayers, I healed spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Overcoming past traumas made me realize that by learning to heal myself, I could help others heal too.

Founding Inner Shimmer with Cheryl

Achieving a newfound balance, I launched Inner Shimmer with Cheryl. "Inner Shimmer" symbolizes the light that radiates from within. In early 2024, I became Reiki Certified and Attuned, mastering the art of energy healing through hands-on techniques. Additionally, I am a certified AromaTouch Advocate, trained to provide stress relief and promote calmness using doTERRA Essential Oils. Currently, I am certified in Reflexology and an Essential Oil Specialist. My mission is simple: to help heal the world, one person at a time.
